I need to call or someone call me about my alignment. It is still not aligned. If I straighten the steering wheel I turn towards the left a lot. It’s pretty frustrating to have spent so much money and not have it properly aligned. I am requesting a follow up visit to re-adjust. I tried to tolerate it ect but it’s just so noticeable

I don’t know the ends and outs of the automotive/ mechanical business . So the most polite thing would be to just leave it at that.!!! For myself personally this was a terrible experience form the very start till now . Nothing personal regarding Daniel. I am not going to air dirty laundry so to speak . However I will say COMMUNICATION , not a computer generated E Mail. Communication would have saved myself and a few members of your staff a lot off headaches.
