John is a wonderful representative for your dealership. My father has been battling a terminal brain cancer since December. When his AC went out just days after the factory warranty expired I was very distraught: when I called John to explain the situation, he didn’t hesitate to make things right. The last thing my family needed to stress over was a hefty car repair. I truly appreciate the kindness John showed my family and so happy that he is the service manager for my Jeep as well!
