I went in today for an oil change and tire rotation, I had no other problems with my vehicle. When I received my car back my screen stopped working(the control screen, I haven’t had an malfunctions or odd things happen). It was immediate flashbacks of how every time I go into this service department something always goes wrong or my vehicle has to come back into service the next day. It is always so inconvenient, how does this continue to happen after 3 plus years of going to you guys. If I didn’t have a service agreement, I would not be going back.

It took 4 and a half hours to get a tire rotation and an oil change on one of my Cherokee L’s. Absolutely outrageous, and I had an appointment. Absolutely no excuse for this. My guys in my home city have my hellcat done in under an hour. This isn’t okay. I am staying in Phoenix for a bit.
