Not necessarily services fault. I bought the truck in question for $108000.00. Within 48 hrs it was in the shop 2 times. I let dealer rep know I wanted full refund on vehicle as it was not looking good. After days of arguments I was given a max refund of 88000 to use as down on another truck. The overall dealership experience was terrible ND continues to be so. I have spoken to an attorney and will pursue this matter. Plain and simply I bought a broken 108000 dollar truck and with 48 hours was told I would receive no more than 88000for a vehicle that threw over 20 codes. And still even after being repaired is still not functioning correctly. This is the first of many reviews to come

The windshield reservoir is now leaking fluid .
It is almost completely dry.
I sent a text and left a voicemail with my service advisor about this problem.
I was looking to schedule an appointment to fix this problem.
I received a text advising me to return anytime to refill the reservoir.
I can add more water . I need the leak to be repaired.

Jacob’s communication was very poor. Seemingly nice young adult, but he provided a timeline on 3 separate occasions and failed to follow up with me EVERY time that timeline was not met. My vehicle was at the dealership for 2.5 weeks. Both the service manager and Alex Wierda provided excellent service when I brought it to their attention, and when I inquired about the status on Jacob’s day off.
