My service adviser Richard was unable to explain what the issue was with my Jeep. He introduced me to one mechanic who did not work on my vehicle and he offered up a solution that was different from my problem. I went to the parts office to purchase and additional replacement part should I need it on the trail. The parts person was very helpful and said they did not use any parts on my Jeep, just RTV. Confused, I found Richard again and he took me to another mechanic who did not work on my Jeep. He provided a better explanation but I’m still not 100 % sure what went wrong.

Caesar failed on multiple occasions to keep me informed. He never called me when my vehicle arrived. I had to call him 3 days later. He lied to me about what was going on with my vehicle / where in the process it was. I asked him to have my vehicle looked at by his AC & Trim department for my AC issue and this never did. Driving around now and my AC still stops working. I need to turn the AC switch off then turn it on to reset the BCM signal so it will start working again. I had to ask him to call me mid week with updates and never did. I think it is the other way around where he should call me no me ask him to call me with updates. Once the service manager got involved I was updated like I should have. I will NEVER bring my vehicles back to Midway.
