The time it took for a simple oil change was 3 hours. Also while waiting to pay for my car one of the service advisors was having an outburst at one of who I believe was a service technician or attendants ranting f@$k this...f&@k that and assorted other explicitavies. Very unprofessional in any customer service situation. The most upsetting thing is following leaving your dealership I had a piece of trim from the roof of my car fly off while driving onto the I-17. I have not had anything like this happen since owning this car for a year. I hope that this will be replaced at no cost to me as it must have been caused by something done while the car was being serviced at your dealership. This is most likely the most terrible car service experience I have ever had.

I was lied to by Hugo and Dragon talked down to me like I am stupid about my A/C concern. Nobody wanted to listen to me and had to go to Gary Doolittle. He was the only one that listened to me and **** the service drive are the only decent people there. When trying to get the service manager the jerk at the accessories counter was too worried about the catered food that came in. He asked if we needed him and I said no but...and he cut me off and said good and continued caring the catered food to the break room. I will never see Hugo or dragon again in the future because they could not care any less and would rather blow smoke up your wazoo just so they can get you in and out.

I have had the pleasure to get Jonathan Ortiz as my service advisor twice since I bought my car and he is truly an exceptional person. He greets you with a friendly smile and handshake. He makes you feel like a VIP customer and makes sure everything will be taken care of. He will go out of his way to give you the best possible service and satisfaction. I can’t say any more but the best for Johnathan Ortiz...He is one in a million!!!!! I hope he is my service advisor for years to come.

Hector went above and beyond his role. I came in to check the squeeking brakes since I bought the vehicle from Cerritos Nissan. My tire company damaged one of the tire studs earlier that morning during tire rotation. Hector checked my brakes and recommended not to change them yet and for me to go after my tire company which I did. He ended up taking care of the damaged stud upon finishing checking my brake. You never seen this kind of rare service these days! I'd like to personally note Hector exceptional service beyond his duty.
