Eric did great job from beginning. My vihecle had issue with brake light and did not accelerate when I hit the gas pedal. It have been for a while but did not duplicate all the time.And it did not duplicate when I was driving to your office. I tried to cancel the appointment but Eric explained what was wrong and several steps to replace the parts. I did initial repair with different Nissan dealer but could not troubleshoot after they replace the brake switch. Eric not only had high level of expertise and knowledge but also had professional attitude all time. It has been long time that I felt great about dealership experience.
Again I really appreciate Eric advises and his work.
