My car keeps making a noise, and according to Kenneth it's the breaks but how would he know that if he never even checked it in the first place. I've complained about this noise several times since I've gotten the car and no one can seem to come to the root of it.

My vehicle was returned to me with visible damage as obtained from the Midway Service Shop; it was in for completely unrelated routine service. This now needs to be completely covered by Midway Chevrolet, and to be repaired to my 100% satisfaction. This is no direct fault of Nick Thaxton (his repair service was done normally), however in future it should be recommended that all service advisors should completely inspect a vehicle when service returns the vehicle before it is to be given back to a customer. The severe onus in this case is not Nick's sole repsonsibility, it should lie with the in shop manager to thoroughly inspect a vehicle (especially the exterior!) before releasing from their shop. In this case also, how could someone drive the vehicle up to the service advisor area and not have noticed that the door could only be partially opened and there was severe interference with the hood? Completely incomprehensible! So as you can see, my experience was not a pleasant one as now further repairs (fully at Midway's expense) need to be made.

The service people were very nice and helped me out a lot. I just felt like I overpaid for my battery change. I didnt get an explanation as to why I would need to change my battery when I only had it for a year and a half. I only came to the dealership hoping I had a warranty still. I usually go elsewhere for oil changes and other services because I have found more honest and cheaper places. Nothing personal against the people that work there, it's just too expensive. Also, please stop calling me about trading in my car.
