When getting a call saying my car was done, the gentleman working on my car told me that based on the age of my car and the records in your system I was due for multiple different things. Most of the issues I have actually already replaced at different companies. He tried to sell me an additional $900 worth of items. I felt that it was not a genuine experience and that he was trying to take advantage of me and more than likely does it to multiple other customers. He also signed me up for On Star without even asking if it was okay which I also did not appreciate. I realize it is a free 3 month trial but I have AAA and it is a waste of time to have both of them. In the past I have had Al and he has been great but based on this experience I will more than likely never be back.
