One thing wasn't done that I'd asked for. It's okay. I couldn't afford it anyway. My minor complaint turned into a new water pump. Car repairs stuck. Wasn't done on time & no car wash

I had intermittent issues with my cars cruise control basically day one, and had brought it to the dealership I purchased it at twice, and Midway as well one other time before Marnie helped me this time. She was very good at listening and really wanted to help all the other service advisors at this dealership and Courtesy didn't seem as concerned about getting the issue fixed. The turnaround for getting the car fixed was only one day which was nice and I really appreciate you guys for getting me a rental for the time you were fixing my car!

Kris was extremely patient while I ironed out my warranty coverage, and not once did he make me feel awkward. The trunk was left completely dirty. I believe they didn't even open the trunk to see if needs ar least a quick vacume or not! The sits were not cleaned or vaccuned at all. The inside was not clean. I expected a lot more from ur dealership.
