My blinkers did not work when I picked the car up. Should have tested everything before I was told it's ready. Wasted a good hour of my night. Now I wait another day and hope I get my car back and everything works properly. Now I'm going to have to inspect everything thoroughly since they made such an obvious mistake.

I brought my truck in to have the radio programs and you have the park assist trouble codes diagnosed on the vehicle on 9/21/18 invoice 610278. When I receive the vehicle the Programming of the radio was complete but no trouble codes were polled on the radio. I was told that the technician went home, And would not be back until the following Monday. I then brought my truck in Tuesday To have the park assist diagnosed 9/25/18 invoice 610663. I was told that the vehicles multifunction switch needed to be replaced. I asked Hugh Abbott How the multifunction switch affects the park assist system. His response was I don’t know it just does. So I asked him to find out in the to follow up with me and still to this day I have not heard anything back from Hugh. I am very displeased with the customer service I have received as well as his knowledge to the problem of my truck which has still not been remedied. I will no longer be using Midway Chevrolet as a repair facility for my truck, Nor will I recommend to anybody I know to use Midway Chevrolet service department for the circumstances that have been displayed.
