We needed a part for my '96 SC 400 that Lexus no longer ha. Ronnie searched the country to find the part, and when he concluded none were available, he talked to the shop foreman. They decided to repair the broken pipe and reinstall it. The car runs perfectly. Ronnie went above and beyond the call of duty. He gets a 20 on a 10 point scale.

My car was towed there on Monday. I was never called to give me any updates on what wa found or that a part needed to be ordered and wouldn’t come in till Wednesday. My advisor left for the day and passed the message on to another advisor in case I called which was NOT okay. I was told I could get a loaner car on Tuesday since my car won’t be ready till Wednesday. They called me an Uber to pick me up from my house to go to the dealership. I got there and they didn’t have any loaners. Then he sends me walking across the street in the rain to another dealership to get a car. They don’t have any cars eaither, but I can’t rent anyway b/c I owe a balance with enterprise, which is NOT anyone’s fault but my own. I tried to take car of the balance but that didn’t work, so I’m stuck one more day without a car. I walk back across the street in the rain nd my advisor is no where to be found. Someone else helps me and gets me an Uber home, but promises I’ll get picked back up so I can get a car since I have to work Wednesday. I go no call. On Wednesday my mom takes me to rent a car from budget and I had to come out of pocket $66.00, that I shouldn’t have had to b/c midway couldn’t get me a car and never followed up with me about it. No one communicated me all of Wednesday either. I didn’t know if the part actually came in or not. I had to drive over there first thing in the morning to find out my car was being worked on till 8:30pm, which I’m very thankful for, but still, no communication. Thankfully I was able to return the rental before 8am so I didn’t get charged another day and go back and pick my car up.
I know that was a lot, but I had a horrible 2 days dealing with this car. I’m a single female nd I feel like I was disregarded and pushed to the side. I honestly don’t believe if I were a man that I would’ve been treated like this and that’s frustrating. I will do my best to NEVER come back to your dealership for as long as I have my car. I was even going to buy an extended warranty to minimize my out of pocket costs, but I will gladly take my business to the arrowhead Chevy dearship. They treat me better there.
