I disagree with his assessment of my tires. After that, I was treated as a 2nd class customer. He did nothing to help get my car and I waited and watched as others were brought around.
I also needed help with my navigation system and was "treated" to 2 of your salesmen's loud discussion of their opinions regarding recent political issues while I waited for help. I won't be back.
