First when I got their to drop off he wasn’t their I know I was about 10-15 mins early and the beginning of shift... Anyways the reasons I brought it to the dealership where not fixed and we felt like liars due to him stating tech didn’t notice any problems and it’s normal. All our other vehicles don’t have a kick when we put it in gear or bad seals like this.. whatever tho right?!? It’s normal. And another thing, I called to tell them I’m coming to pick up the Tahoe and should be their in an hour to hour and half if they could have it ready and run it thru wash for me! The lady on the phone told me ok they’ll have it washed and ready. Guess what!?? They forgot to wash it and I had to wait/wait when I had to be somewhere and called before hand, so annoying!

Car still had dirt on it and it was there from 10 till after 4 and the paint protection wannt done. The reason I had to take the shuttle was because of the paint protection and then I was told I didnt ask for that service.. If it was just oil change and tires I could jave waited for my car which is my only car. I did ask for that service and there was dtill dirt on the car on the passenger side lower panel.
