The service person told me to bring the receipt of rental car from Enterprise and he willl take care of it. But, he is not working today and other service persons said they do not know about it and ask me to come back tomorrow to talk to that service person. Also, I asked to add water to the tank to clean windows but they did not.

Brad is and has always been superb with his customer service. I called him to see if i could bring in my mom's car without an appointment. It was not a problem. He contacted my father with any details throughout the care of the car, as they were out of town. He is always kind and knows me by name.
