Luis was great. Service department has always been awesome...I’ve just had horrible experiences with the sales department, I’ve been waiting for a call back for over 2 months. I bought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinders in May. After talking to sales reps and sale managers Selma telling me she will call be back and till this day have not heard from her. Taking my car back and forth several times wasting my time. Telling me my car was detailed, but was filthy dirty. I couldn’t believe they would lie and said it was done!!! I would never recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

I'm very pleased with the service from Airpark Chrysler and Derrick Parra. I bought our car in for a check engine light. Derrick wrote up the vehicle and the Shuttle driver drove me home in a very efficient order and time. Derrick sent me updates on my vehicle throughout the day. He called me later in the day and let me know the vehicle was ready for pick-up. He had Uber pick me up at home and got me to the dealership. I was very happy to get the vehicle back the same day. I would definitely return for other services. Job well done Derrick Parra.

I scheduled an appointment Monday and the man I spoke with never gave his name but told me to bring it in on 10/16/18 at 930am. When I showed up no one could find my appointment and asked if I could leave the vehicle and they would try to work it in. I chose to schedule another appointment for today at 830am. I sat in my vehicle for 10 minutes before I was ever greeted by anyone. When my advisor finally came out and got my vehicle checked in it had been a half an hour. I wanted to wait with the vehicle for the service but the advisor said it would be and all day thing for an oil change, recall, and looking into why the gas door will not open. At this point I told the advisor that is ridiculous because it is a software update for the recall and it takes less than an hour for a tech to do a software update. I decide to not have that work completed today because I do not have all day to leave my vehicle for an hour and a half repair. I’m very disappointed in the service I received on both occasions at this dealership. I had an oil change done and a tire rotation for $102. That’s insane if I would have know how much an oil change was going to be I would have had it done elsewhere. I have had oil changed in this vehicle before and they $45-$50 not $75. I will not be brining my vehicle back to this dealership for anything in the future nor will I recommend it to anyone. I work in the business and if I treated my customers this way I would be ashamed and my service manager would have fired me.
