Brad and Hugh are both great. Please tel tge management team I do not appeciate wasting my time with multiple surveys and other solicitations. The continuing hounding from the company and its marketing team gets old fast -- why not stop with the great service I received from Brad and stop the multiple follow ups?

Came in for Zak treatment, oil change , oil was changed, got half **** wash, straight to back lot sat for hours, had to ask why it was not being done, told someone did not know it was being zak. So they got it in and was done in 15 minutes which to my understanding takes hours, what a joke. Water spots all over . Also had a appointment did not just rolll in.
