I got an ad via Facebook for a $19.95 oil change, and the service rep did not want to honor it. I was going to be charged $61 for a synthetic oil change, and there was no fine print in the advertisement when I booked the oil change. It took me having to almost re-make a new appointment to get the price that was advertised to me, and upon paying the sales rep was unintentionally condescending.

While I think the charges are high, I always appreciate the attention and friendliness of the service personnel.

I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours to replace windshield Blades and 1 left front running light. The person checking ne in was helpful But it is inconceivable that it should take 2 hours for this. This is not the first time It has taken a long time for a minor repair. Will try not to go their in the future.

I got a 18 Silverado from you guys I have some concerns on idling it has rough idle when stopped at lights or in park I brought it in at 600 miles and I was told to change fuel or put additives in it after being in your shop for 5 hours this week I brought it in at 8:15 to have the idle looked at and have the door guard molding protection installed properly 5 p.m. I called your shop they said they need it for 2 days I said I need a vehicle they said we got to rent a car they got me a ride to the shop at 6 they had no Rent-A-Car we can find somebody to give you a ride home I said no I need the vehicle I have things I have to do this evening and go to work tomorrow my vehicle was in your shop for 9 hours nobody looked at it nobody did a thing with it it set that's twice I've had it in there and nobody did a thing just parked it you don't need it for 2 days to figure out if it needs to stay longer no one has even plugged it into another computer to read what's going on and I'm thinking another dealership can help me 9 hours and nobody contacted the owner they was going to lock it in the shop and leave me without a vehicle and no contact very bad shop I think you guys need to figure out what you're doing down there that's wrong not once but twice I got ran around the block first time additives to my fuel I only had 600 miles it's done it since day one what mechanic would tell the owner of a new vehicle put additives in your fuel tank that'll fix it we have 600 miles on it he didn't think it was worth I warranty sent to GM I'm not happy at all with you guys I don't know how you have a shop open
