Service is always great & the team is professional. Irving always washed & vacuumed my car but the service here is so much better, hands down

I went in for a oil change, & had some concerns about a service engine light. Since I’ve got my 2014 Ford Focus I have had nothing but issues with it. I also purchased the extended warranty on my car. Turns out I was charged for $149.00 for them to tell me the issue and not be able to fix it. The issue was not covered under the warranty. Other places normally charge $111 for the diagnostics, but not Grapevine Ford. Anyways FORD ****. I will never in my life purchase another Ford vehicle.

The cover of the oil pan was not properly secured and came completely off the next day. We had to come back to the dealership to have it looked at. I had put a temporary bolt I n place as a interim fix however when the dealer service team looked at it they said it was fine and left it the way it was. I see this as two failures: the first was poor workmanship on routine service work and the second was not fixing it to Lincoln standards with Lincoln parts.
