As I mentioned to Lauren, to better serve the customer, it would be nice to have a TV monitor in the waiting room. The monitor would tell you at what completion stage your vehicle is in for work being done. It would stop having the customer constantly asking the service rep when is the vehicle done. It frees up the tech to do other work. Sorry, but my Nissan dealer has just a setup. I could track the progress of my car. Try it out. Other than that, great job.
