You’re Customer service is awful! Never once have I been so appalled by companies service especially when it comes to vehicle maintenance. You had my vehicle for more than a week, and the majority of that time I had no idea what was happening with my car. Two days in a row, my father and I called trying to get a hold of my advisor, Jodi, and no one we spoke with had any relevant information on my car. It took a negative review to get any kind of action on your end. We didn’t even know what wrong with my vehicle for 6 days and it turned out to be something simple. Through the entire process, I felt belittled, unwelcome, and uninformed by your employees. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I received short and uninforming responses. I was not even shown where my vehicle was, so I walked around the parking lot locking my car to hear the horn. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, NOR WILL ANYONE MY FAMILY OR I KNOW!
