I specifically asked after last time nobody check my air pressure in my tires.. I specifically asked this time and they still didn’t do it... Then I have to go out and see that my truck is finished before anybody comes in and gets me it’s parked in the very corner and nobody lets me know that its done.

Please call me for further review this was probably the worst experience that I’ve had at your location and I’ve had a lot of poor service. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and several items to be fixed. None of the items were fixed they did the oil change but did not check the air filter for the engine not the cabin. Did not fill up the window fluid did not adjust tire pressure I could go on and on if you’d like additional information please feel to reach me ****-****-xxxx

I bought my vehicle there and last week I came to replace the air filter and transmission fluid 1, I been charged almost $300 . day after the engine light comes on and I did immediately contact the grapevine ford service and we fixed an appointment which was last Thursday ,when they checked bob told me that’s another problem and I did agree but coz I didn’t expecting to pay another $450 I asked him to give me a favor to fix the problem next day and he charged me $145 for labor for an hour after 4 hours I spent there. then why I drive every time from Fort Worth to grapevine to fix my car while they don’t trust and help me?!!!! I call it a bad costumer service and a trusted customer must be treated in different way to keep the good communication . Thanks
