Service doesn’t show up on Ford App and also tires weren’t read and filled as described. As I left dealership the right rear tire was still off 5lbs compared to other tires. Full service was not completed. Not sure I’ll have services done again at Grapevine.

Alfredo was very nice and kept me posted. I am disappointed though that the check oil notification was not reset so now I am constantly seeing that message to change the oil. It seems that this would be on a checklist and not missed. The other disappointment was the car wash. I realize this is free and a nice perk but they have always done a much better job in the past.

I dropped my car on a Thursday. Josh has the attitude that I am a major inconvenience to him every time I have an encounter with him. He called on thursday afternoon to let me know the parts were ordered. I asked if I could get a rental ththeat evening and he said yes. I was not given the hours of the rental department. I came to the dealership about 6:15 pm that evening to pick up a rental car and Josh looked at me and told me “You’re too late. They’re already closed.” Instead of trying to get me into a car, he shrugged his shoulders at me and sent me on my way. I am not sure whe rentals are not available the entire time the service drive is open, but okay. I told him I would be back in the morning to get a car. When I arrived at 7:30 am on Friday, he was nowhere to be found. Michael was awesome and got me in a car quickly so I could get to work. Josh called that afternoon to let me know my car was ready. He said, “You got a rental today didn’t you?” as in why did you do that if your car was going to be ready? I believe his customer service is lacking and that customers are merely an inconvenience for him. I will not deal with him again. The ONLY reason I come to Grapevine Ford is because I bought my car there and and I have no deductible when I do so. Once I am outside my warranty, I will go back to Five Star Ford since I am treated with respect. I will deal with Michael moving forward as he never made me feel bad about coming in for service.

I came in for a recall on my Jeep. Jorge was very helpful and very kind. My car was done way sooner than expected, and everything looked great. They even washed it which was nice.
