Aaron was fine. But the value for service was not good. My additional research showed that the repair was not difficult, the parts were not expensive, and I’m not sure the injector flush really does work. Therefore, i felt like because I was stuck in transit, I was take for as much as the service department could get out of me. This left me unsatisfied.

I would like to say that the car wash people have really slipped in the quality of their work. My truck looked like they had sprayed water on it and then gave it back to me with water dripping off of it as if there was no attempt at drying it.

The representative was very nice but my appt for an oil change took 3 hours. When someone makes an appt that should be disclosed. Also today someone named michelle called me to schedule my oil change? She is who I spoke to last week to make the appt that took 3 hours!?

I am very disappointed with the service l have received. The 2016 Edge has been there all week and finally after calling abou this a dozen ti.es last Saturday l got a rental because it was a warrany to be fixed. I also told Jody about the glove box that had been fixex twice under warranty and the light has been a priblem and Jody says l have to pay 46.00 to be fixed. Can someone a supervisor or someone because l am very displeased ****-****-xxxx

I brought my 2017 jeep wrangler in to check for a leak and fix a radio. When I picked it up it was covered with white water spots and dirt. You never even cleaned it up after you sprayed it. Then when the radio came in, it was a used radio. USED!! Serius radio had it reported as having been used. i would have expected a new part...not a used one. terribly disappointed in Airpark. however my agent, Charlie was great.
