Tony is awesome! He’s the reason my husband goes only to Cerritos Nissan for service. His first appointment happened to be with Tony and since then he’s been a loyal customer. The one time he wasn’t able to get an appointment with Tony, he was sitting in the waiting area and Tony walked by and greeted him by name. My husband was impressed that he knew who he was, considering he didn’t have an appointment with him.
When I bought my Nissan, my husband told me to go to Tony. At first I was like who cares, what’s the difference? My first appointment with him, I pulled up to the curb and he was waiting there to greet me. He was super friendly and genuinely cared and listened to my concerns about the weird noise my car was making. And in the end they were able to pinpoint the cause and fix it. Now I’m a loyal customer too!

Kenneth Vazquez has always been awesome, but cannot say the same about your sales department. I have been a loyal and punctual payment customer for almost 10 years, and, I have always been promised my rates would improve, as long, as I made my payments on time. Well, each time I have gone in there to check, I am presented with higher rates, similar rates, and higher payments. It is very disappointing that a customer of 10 years cannot improve his circumstance with your company.

Bridget was great, even though she was understaffed. She was so polite and efficient. Oil change and tire rotation were fine. I love that I had a loaner car to run errands while my car was being worked on. My only concern is regarding the leather seats in my car. The leather attracts dirt and is already showing signs of wear, especially in the driver’s seat. For a 10 month old car, it is a sign of poor quality. My ford had light leather and never stained in the five+ years that I had it. I would like for my leather to be addressed.
