I moved from Chicago in September and have now been into Lexus Mission Viejo a few times. The service provided by Husan has been truly excellent. I appreciate that he keeps me updated and that he explains the issues & fixes very clearly. He goes above and beyond with every interaction. There's a click in one of the front tires Adam told me the noise came from the transmission you guys replaced the transmission and the noise is still there, also when I turn on the car kinda moves like if it was drive, I got to take the car back, I'm not happy with the service
