Andrew was very pleasant and very professional. He made me feel at ease with the whole transaction and explained any doubts I might have had. He also helped me get back to work on time and have the vehicle ready for me at the end of my work shift. When you hired Andrew you did a great thing he is a very professional responsible great person.

Also stupid that I can submit repeatedly. 6 people standing around the kiosk chatting & all telling me my car was being washed. Bad wash job, interior left with disgusting petroleum/cleaner smell. Interior not cleaned although my mats were removed. Quality missing all around.

Prices are too high. Only gave in because I like Derick. Doubt I would recommend this place for trustworthy service. If it wasn’t for Derrick I would have left long ago. Just reminds me of the old style stick it to the customer auto dealership. Screw em as much as you can and move onto the next sucker. I’m looking for a new car and will not consider this place.
