As a former BHA employee I expected more. Micah, the service person they assigned me to never even called me when my car was done. I called st 530 and was told he left for the day. The poor girl at the service desk had to scramble to get an Uber to get me to Airpark from my work before they closed. I will be speaking with the GSM tomorrow regarding it.

Didn’t fix one of the issues i had. A bunch of maintenance items that are recommended now but weren’t brought up a couple months ago when I had my car in their for a bunch of issues. Service guy went on lunch and nobody took over my file. I was sitting around waiting probably for an extra 45 minutes and had to find out myself that my car was done as I walked by it in the parking lot. Awful service
