When I arrived I was not greeted. I waited then had to go find someone. The person in charge looked as if he cone bothered. Didn’t greet me just motioned for sometime help me. Once someone did help me I waited an hour and 20 min. For an oil change and tire rotation which I had an appointment for.
I will go to Nissan for my next service. It does take a little more time BUT they greet me talk about what they did and talk about future service AND most importantly they kind and attentive.
