I am very frustrated every time I come to this dealership service. I have upgraded Jeep rims I acquired on my own with tires to be installed. Today was my third visit to try and get someone to understand setting my Tire Pressure Indicator system. I don’t understand how custom Jeep logoed rims do not function with the TPI. By note these were on the exact same model Jeep of a friend and it worked. I have now paid you three times for no solution or even a good explanation. Very frustrating and seeking new dealership.

SO much confusion and rudeness and we had an appt made thru Caliber Collision! Thank you for getting the job done for us. Bryan was very helpful but another man questioned the integrity of my husband regarding the ZakTek and if we'd actually had it applied at the time of purchase. All of this was documented at Caliber and USAA insurance.
