I brought my car in clean for the zaktek protection and they put it over dirty spots on the car. It’s so unprofessional there and every time I take my car in they try to tell me I have a lot of work to do and it’s a lie because I have it checked with a mechanic at another place to see if they are just trying to come up with stuff to do to make more money.

Never get anything done there except my recalls. Bad for business and people don’t care there and do not always know what they are talking about.

Tim was very professional and took care of my service visit with the utmost of care.
My only negative comment and it has nothing to do with Tim, is that once again all of my seat settings were changed and my auto head lights were turned off. I would like to just once bring my car to a dealership for service or repairs and have it returned with EXACTLY the same settings as when I brought it in.
