Service Adviser was very friendly and quick to greet me when I arrived, but my truck was delivered to me unwashed.
I know mistakes happen, but it showed on the invoice that the washing procedure was performed (?)
As I got in the vehicle, I only assumed it was just a bad wash job (dirty windshield) but after inspecting the exterior after getting to my destination.
I could tell it wasn’t touched. I’m sure the adviser would have corrected it had I brought it to his attention, but I had meetings to get to and blew it off, I wasn’t going to mention it the next time I came in, but got your survey and to chime in.
No cardboard placed on floor board or seats. At least I know the oil was changed (probably?) because of the oil smudges on the hood. Was the tires actually rotated? Says so on the invoice, but who knows?
I hate to be one of those people that complain, but also hate being put in a position where I have to.
( I have been bringing my truck in for service for 3 years since purchasing it new there in 2015)
A customer wants to be able to drop off their vehicle and know that the details are being taken care.
Sorry, not satisfied this call. Not angry, just disappointed. Improvement next time?
