My service advisor was nice & helpful, so it is nothing to do with her. I have taken my vehicle in there 3-4 times in the past and have had a below average experience every time. The wait to hear about rental coverage is always 1 plus days even though I make an appointment to bring the vehicle in. The people at the rental desk this time did not even greet me when I walked in the building.l to pick up or drop off. I spoke first to ask what I need to do to get a vehicle & the gentleman pointed to the rental desk without even speaking. I received better customer service when I had a Dodge minivan than I have ever had with the Lincoln dealership, service department and staff. My experience has been extremely underwhelming and I am hoping to not have to ever bring my car back. I will not buy another Ford or Lincoln product in the future.

Initially I was given $140 labor cost to remove door panel and install new door handle. Labor cost increased to $270 without being notified, when I was given the total amount parts and labor of $460, I asked and didn’t really get a straight answer...ridiculous amount. Also, the sensor to service tire rotation was not reset. I had to bring it to their attention three times . I finally told the guy trying to reset it to get someone who knows what they’re doing. Another service person had to show him. Makes me wonder why these unqualified individuals are hired to service the cars. Dangerous.

The work May show under Andrew Crush but I never dealt with him once. He had somebody else come out on his behalf because I guess he was busy. So my review it does not have to do with Andrew it has to do with the guy who works with him and I forget his name, but he did not care much about my issue because all I wanted was diagnostic information and as soon as he heard that he was done
