The rep was reluctant to assist me at the beginning. Without even checking began to quote me prices or costs it could potentially be just to check for the issues I was bringing my vehicle in. It wasnt until I persistently asked to check what type of coverage or maintenance plan that he then advised I had some Platinum MMP coverage and his tone and willingness to help changed. He tried to cover himself that because I had this Platinum MMP plan he was going to check my vehicle thoroughly "as a courtesy". All your customers should be treated as if a "Platinum". I was very disappointed in how I was treated

Ken at the beginning was kind and genuine and then things turned for the worse when he started trying to push up sales on me. It's understandable that his job is to let me know maintenance required on my vehicle but when I have to say no 3 times and that I have no money outloud in front of a group of people, that is too embarrassing to describe. Ken also told me one of the upgrades was ONLY $17, and "how can [I] not have $17?". He does not know my story and has no right to try to force me to spend money I don't have, after expressively saying no multiple times. Peter the manager got involved and I was able to speak my concerns to him but I wanted to leave this review to make sure it is dealt with properly. Ken provided terrible customer service and I WILL NOT be returning to Cerritos Nissan because of him.

Service was great at Airpark. But I tried to buy a new Jeep and the service manager was very unkind. He kept offering me guitar I told him I wasn't interested in the guitar I was interested in the low price and I showed him the price from another dealer. Not only did the manager say he could not be there but then he took his offer back very rudely but every time I go there for service it is awesome my service guy new all the answer is in really helps you to be out of there quickly so I'm confused you're complaining
