Based on my overall negative experience today, I would not recomend you to anyone... My initial advisor seemed disinterested and incompetent. He failed to service my my vehicle as discussed, express oil change and tire rotation, nor provide info/estimates on parts and services that I requested. I was told that due to the tire rotation the wait would be 2 hours, which was acceptable. After 2 hours in your waiting area, nicely managed by Jeff who should be commended for his outstanding service, i was informed in passing that my car was ready and to go see cashier. The friendly cashier processed payment but did not go over the services that were performed, which should be standard practice covered by advisor. Upon reviewing the invoice myself I noticed no mention of the tire rotation. Come to find out the tires were not rotated, which should have shortened the extended wait time. The cashier steered me to Carl who showed me that front tires were (incorrectly) graded a 3 and rear tires tread was 7. He said those tread #s were why the tires werent rotated which sounded like a poor made up excuse. He did not sufficiently explain or a dress the issue. I had a meeting and couldnt wait any longer and left upset for not receiving service i paid for and for wasting my time not only today but the future wait involved in having the job completed at another shop. I would like to request a full refund for today, which would be necessary in order to win back my business. Sincerely, Ryan S

Scott was extremely helpful from the time I dropped off my car off until I picked it up. Scott was great at listening to what I had to say about the car issues and Immediately knowing what was wrong with my car. Then, he made it very easy for me to understand and assured me that his team would assess my car properly and only make necessary repairs. Then, Scott was great at keeping me informed of my cars progress thru texts and phone calls. Great overall experience thanks to Scott!

Joshua has been very helpful and polite with all the concerns I have brought up to him. He is willing to accommodate and make arrangements when additional issues have arised. I’ve been there a couple of times in the past month, and he’s been a great service advisor to work with. I would be glad to continue working with him if any other issues come up in the future. The service was good. My concern about the car not holding the road was not received with understanding that it just could be a problem. Disappointed about that.
