I was happy with the friendliness and promp service given that I did not have an appointment, what I was not satisfied with was I wanted a clear and complete quote on the repairs that my car needed. I had specifically asked for a quote on what my car needed work on and the service man said “ oh it’s around so and so amount of dollars” and I also had asked once the car was finished if the sound would go away that my car was previously making before it had been repaired today and he said “yes it should” however it’s still making the sound. I really wanted a full quote on all the repairs that needed to be done and he said that it would need a full inspection but what was repaired today didn’t seem to really be repaired but seemed more of a patch work. It’s not to say I wouldn’t be back because I think Lexus has great service but I just didn’t feel like I got a real quote for what I went in for.
