Service was well below par for what is expected. We spent over $140k in vehicles there last year. I’ve bought four vehicles from GV Ford in the past. The service department is such a stark opposite to the customer service from sales. My wife left there feeling like she wasn’t taken seriously and things that were marked on the vehicle report either weren’t done or I had done them myself just a few days prior. She left there with tires not up to pressure and got a TPMS alert on the way home. It wasn’t because it got cold that day, it had been cold. I would say that’s isolated but I experienced the very same thing when I brought my F250 in for its first service. These continued disappointments will play into future decisions as to where my vehicles are either serviced or purchased.

Everything went great ...actually the best time ever, the time was good, there were several times it took 1:45 to 2:15. But know things can go wrong but today was perfect. And the auto drop off and pick up was a real plus and the gentleman was very nice

I had made an appointment for Friday, Feb 8th at 8:30am to take care of the airbag recall on our Ford Ranger. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told that my truck would be ready in a couple of hours so I could wait in the lobby. At 10:46am, I texted to ask if my truck was almost ready. At 11:03 I get a text from Josh stating “your car is in good hands. I’ll let you know when the car is ready!” At 11:35am, I get a call from Josh saying that there are no more air bags in stock. I had wasted 3 hrs of my time during my day off waiting for nothing. This is completely unacceptable. Does Grapevine Ford even care that this happened to me? or is this standard practice?

It was nice, I wouldn't use the word exceptional. Tony was courteous and friendly. I had to bring my car back in and I appreciate Tony's honesty.

Jason Valadez was great. However the rest of your service department specifically your service manager Sean Mcneary and cashier Debbie Sandoval are rude and not friendly at all because of them I more then likely will not return for service again to your dealership
