Scott Monge, was great he checked my car history if my car need any other services, advised me when should I come back & what should I do to maintain the car well. I asked about some technical questions he referred me to technical specialist, a young guy was unprofessional, wasn’t patient I try to make it my question quick, I think he was angry about something before meeting me.

I was never greeted, I had to find someone to help me upon arrival. No one called to say my car was done I called at 1230 and was told my car was done when my appointment was at 905. 3 hours for an oil change? That is unacceptable and even so the long oil change could have easily been brushed off if the customer service was Decent I will never return to this location.
