When I was dropping my car off I felt like the adviser couldn't wait to get me out of his office fast enough. I came to pick up the next day but nobody could find my paperwork, keys, or the service adviser for my ticket. Along with that I never got my multipoint inspection or informed of anything found on my car. When I first brought in my car I also brought in a few coupons to help with the cost but they were never applied to my final total.

I am a little upset because something went wrong with the fuel line system maybe not put back or tighten correctly l started my truck and truck started shaking then shut off got out of truck then saw all the fuel leaking on my driveway .....

Hi arrived at the dealership approximately 1:45 PM and did not leave until 6 o’clock. Came in for a tire rotation and was told I needed to front tires at approximately 3 o’clock. I took about 15 minutes to decide and then gave the OK for two new tires and an alignment. I saw my car up on the hoist with no one in attendance what seem like a very long time. And around 5 o’clock I was told that my car was in line for an alignment and four cars in front. I asked the worker what was going on as I still waited and he said that waiting for car to be washed. I have bought two cars from your dealership and was very dissatisfied with this experience.
I will add that all personnel were courteous and friendly but service took way too long.
