I arrived early for my appointment and waited almost ten minutes for anyone to even notice me. The associates demeanor conveyed they couldn't care less about being timely or responsive, had minimal knowledge of my vehicle (2019 Ranger) and then informed me the very simple recall service would take half the day, NOT what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. After waiting four and a half hours without a single update or check in, my truck was finally done and, adding insult to injury, the girl who came to get me told me my truck was getting the "courtesy wash." It was actually considerably dirtier than when I dropped it off. This is the second horrible experience I've had with Grapevine Ford service and makes me glad I spent my $40K plus on this truck somewhere else. I've NEVER had an issue with a Ford service department, but this place is a total dumpster fire and the associates are condescending and slow. I'm planning on buying a Ford Transit van in the near future, and I'll pay more just to go somewhere else rather than patronize this place.

Victor was great! Very professional, informative and accommodating. Unfortunately the people who worked on my car didn't complete the air fill in all my tires. The form states all tires air pressure was filled & the service light was cleared. This was not true. One of my tires is still very low on air & the service light is still on. I will have to take it to a gas station to fill the one tire. No fault of Victor. He was great! Just ensure your service team is thorough & completes the job.
