Jorge was polite and efficient. My dissapointment in Airpark was that the Service Department would not match a Bill Luke CJDR coupon for the same service. Bill Luke was $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change up to 5 quarts, tire rotatation and multi point inspection.
At Airpark, it was only discounted to $75 plus disposal fees and tax. My vehicle takes six quarts, but, one quart is not $15. I came here as is much closer to my house and was led to believe over the phone competitor coupons would be matched.
As stated above Jorge was accomodating and I was in and out in just over an hour which is acceptable.

John was great,professional, helpful and informative regarding other additional services I should consider.
However, the tech who worked on my Jeep did not completely fasten my dashboard nor did he clean off the coolant which spilled over the bottom of my engine compartment. Coolant is like paint remover and should have been rinsed off. I had to bring my Jeep back in on Saturday morning to resolve these issues. Pretty half-assed workmanship in my opinion. QC is non-existent. Don't bother contacting me, train your employees. Also, I was very impressed with a young man named Eli, he seemed to understand the importance of getting my Jeep taken care of quickly while I waited, he knew I was justifiably P.O.'d.
