Service was ok, mike **** is very dry. He change the price of the tire rotation when I presented a coupon I have received for the oil change which I tought was very unprofessional, but I understand because they work by commission maybe idk. He also charge me to change the battery for my keys which they have never charge me for .. Iwhen i ask him he said we always charge so it’s 12 dollars.. and then to top it off he never called me to give me an update on my car. He said he did .. but why would I lie . I need it to change my air filter which I could have done but he never called.

I dropped off my vehicle at 10:30 am and asked for the Uber to be at my work at 3 pm. I had to call twice for the Uber to be arranged. Didn’t arrive to the shop untill 3:30pm and was over an hour late to pick up my daughter from daycare which caused additional charges from the daycare.
