Listen. There are all these Colorados out there with transmission issues. My 2018 cc v6 8spd has occasional hesitation in 2nd gear. I've had it in twice only to be told they can't duplicate the problem yet fail to call me and tell me this before picking up the truck. Why wait until my problem progresses? Just flush the transmission already and maybe we can avoid further issue I've where some dealers do the triple flush at any sing of trouble. All I'm asking is if we can be proactive here instead of waiting for failure?

When I arrived I asked Andrew how long a simple 5000 mile service would take and if it was going to be long, then I’d arrange an appointment for the following day as I had an appointment in the afternoon.
Andrew said it would be quicker on Friday and would take about 1 1/2 hours. After nearly 2 hours Andrew came to me to tell me it hadn’t yet started and would take up to another 2 hours.
This totally messed up my day and wished I’d been told sooner and I could have either rescheduled for next day or my Friday afternoon appointment.
Andrew was very polite but it ruined my day
