I was under the impression that the Mpp I purchased covered all scheduled maintenance, when in fact it is an extended mechanical warranty that includes oil changes. I probably would not have purchased this if I had fully understood the limitations. I thought the only thing I would ever have to pay for during the period of this coverage was tired. My bad? The service representative was great, however the technicians were unable to fix the problem due to the car not duplicating the "shift to park" issue when they were working on it. I am in shock that there hasn't been a recall for this issue just from all of the comments and videos I've seen online about the "shift to park" issue. You guys just "fixed" our vehicle for this same issue back in November charging my a total of $1,034, but the issue obviously wasn't fixed. I would like my money back, or for there to be a compromise made somewhere on the 2 bills I was previously charged that didn't fix the issue? My number is ****-****-xxxx. Thanks.
