The only part of our experience that was positive was that our navigatior was finished in time for our unexpected trip. When we dropped off our Navigator we were so disappointed in the service provided. We weren’t there for an expected service it was an issue that needed to be addressed quickly and we were met with little care or help, it seemed as though they didn’t care about the fact that the “fluid” leaking out of our Navigator was a big deal that needed attention, they didn’t try to problem solve or rearrange things, they gave one option. You were understaffed, and those there didn’t seem to have a concern for the other customers except for the gentleman who came in before me. For a company who stands on their customer service of excellence we were greatly disappointed, this is the worst customer service we have ever received from a Lincoln dealer. When the suggestion came to take it somewhere else or just rent a car to leave town in, i was awe struck, they thought it was brake fluid, transmission fluid, or the fuel pump NONE of those leave a vehicle safe to drive. I’m still appalled and this whole situation still brings me anxiety. It added a whole level of difficulty to an unexpected trip out of town for a funeral in a vehicle we enjoy and already pay for. We know we aren’t your only customers but this was something that would have caused a whole lot more damage if we simply took it somewhere else, and honestly why would you want me to take my business, my Lincoln somewhere else. Not to mention they suggested taking it over 20 miles away to Arlington.

Pick up was right on time. Driver was very professional and nice. (Would prefer tgat driver didn’t wear scented product that lingered in car for three days. He wad VERY nice, professional and polite.) Work was completed and vehicle returned clean.

Service has gone down dramatically recently. They have high turnover in service even the service manager. Service writers do not return calls or emails. I or my family have purchased 8 vehicles from Airpark. Service gets fixed then goes bad again.

I had an appointment set up that Jody couldn’t find in the system, but that’s ok. I told her my horn wasn’t working and I had a wrench light on and a few intermittent problems. I understand if the intermittent problems can’t be duplicated. But I asked her a few times, if we could pull the code for the wrench light real quick because the light will turn off if the truck turns off. She refused to even entertain the idea. I’m very happy that my horn works now, but disappointed that my wrench light wasn’t taken care of when the problem was present on arrival. When I came to pick the truck up Eddie wrapped up my paper work up and was fantastic and said that if the light comes back to call him and he would have some one pull the code when I arrive. Which is EXACT customer service I was looking for.

Clearly your dealership has a busy service center! Yet I was so glad that Jaime took care of us when our radiator cracked and left us stranded far from home. He was able to get us into a rental for the day so that our daughter could make it for an interview to be a first time camp counselor. And then we were back in our car before the end of the day! Thanks for helping us salvage what could have been an even worse day!
