Being in Grapevine and stranded with my wife and 6 year old grandson, Aaron could not have been more of a help. He got our vehicle in for diagnostics rapidly and reported to me that our vehicle had a computer glitch and was corrected in way less time than I expected. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and the service we received at Grapevine Ford. Them having a cafe in house, I was able to eat breakfast. Outstanding is the only way to describe Grapevine Ford, Aaron,it’s employees, and facilities. This is the reason we drive nothing but Ford vehicles.

The service sucked. I asked to have my truck washed I dropped it off at 10am when o picked it up at 3pm it wasn’t washed or vacuumed or anything. When I told the guy he was just like I’m sorry we are really busy you have to come back another time. Also when I bought the truck I got free oil changes and they charged me and told me I’m sorry the computer doesn’t say anything about that. Was not happy
