Eddie was probably the most personable CSR I’ve encountered and communicated problems and solutions in a clear and efficient manner. I was very happy with the diagnosis and service I received. After researching and taking my vehicle different places for my issue finding no solution, I am glad it’s finally resolved (even though I discovered I have a pretty much worthless warranty (EasyCare)).
