Lucio actually cares about his clients. You can tell and the way that he greets you, and also he extends to you as if you were coming into his home. He says to you exactly what's going to happen with your vehicle asks if you need a ride back to your business or your home. Lucio then tells you go into the waiting room there's coffee water popcorn if you so desire and you can sit and watch television if you'd like. Or there's a room if you need some privacy for calls or to do some business on your computer. I have been a GM man for 40 years, Oldsmobiles, Cadillacs, when my kids were growing up, then moved on to the Tahoe's, Denali's, Silverado's and the Trail Blazer's. We now are driving a Trax for Mrs Lombard and my Trail Blazer.
Maybe it's a family thing, my dad and his dad, my grandpa were both GM men and now I'm the grandpa. Looks like I've come full circle. It's almost time for me to start coaching my granddaughter in T-ball. Hmm, I might have to put the Trail Blazer back on the circuit in a couple of years when she starts travel ball like her mother, our daughter did. All those years playing travel ball for our daughter paid off, she played softball on a schlorship at the University of Texas. I'm beginning to sound like a commercial for General Motors...

I’ve had the Zac Tech paint protection done before and the car looked great. However this time I dropped off car Friday so they could work on it Saturday morning, I got a call (8:54am) it was already done, seemed kinda fast as in the past when I had that done it seems like it took a little longer. When I got there and looked at the car it didn’t look as good as it had after previous times, there was still spots on car like it just got wiped down after a car wash... Not pleased one bit with how the job was done...

I am very concerned about my ragtop. The company has torn it by rubbing too hard to get it out. Jon, this far has handled it quite well saying he needs to wait on his manager for the next move here. My wife and I were both there witnessing he agreed that it was damaged.
We are expecting our money back for the cleaning of the ragtop and it fixed.
