It has been a couple of years since I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced by Airpark due to circumstances. Currently, I had an issue with my Jeep and wanted Airpark to diagnose the problem and repair if warranted. My Service Advisor Derrick Parra was outstanding from start to finish. Sheila warmly introduced herself! She facilitated thee oil change and answered key questions that I had. Took the misc screws and bolts and partial plastic piece that appeared in the vack of the car after the last 2 services to find out where they're supposed to go. (I forgot to ask for them back.) She pointed out the next items for service, thanked me for my business. Like Doug Chapin (?) our earlier service advisor when we bought the car, she acted as though my car and I am important to her and your business. Kudos!
