Debbie is simply the best! She is so knowledgeable and helpful! She keeps you informed as to what is going on with your car. I thought I had a simple short in my air conditioner switch and when I arrived she explained what steps needed to be determined if that was the problem! When it turned out it had a bit more complicated problem than that she kept me informed of the progress and offered me a loaner car or a courtesy van! She always makes all her customers feel like they are the most important ones there! I have the utmost confidence in her and feel she is a very valuable asset to your dealership!

When I made the appt and when I dropped off my vehicle I was told it would be at least 3+hrs. After 2 hrs. Brad came and told me my vehicle was ready. I have to say that was probably the first time in my life (I'm 65) that anything was ready way before I was told it would. That was a totally awesome experience. Great work to all at Midway Chevy. Even when I purchased the vehicle 6 months ago at Midway. I was treated with great respect.
